Rare Exports Inc. is a short fantasy film from Finland centering on a trio of hunters - the marker (Tommi Korpela), the sniper (Jorma Tommila) and the tracker (Tazu Ovaska) - who are employed by the aforementioned company to capture and tame an especially rare and dangerous prey for the Christmas season...
Written by siblings Jalamari and Jusso Helander and directed by the former, Rare Exports Inc. was followed by a sequel in 2005 entitled The Official Rare Exports Inc. Safety Instructions 2005 and has since been adapted for the big screen in the form of the feature-length Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale (2010).
