Arriving in cinemas yesterday alongside The Dark Knight Rises, the first two official teaser trailers for director Zack Snyder's upcoming Superman reboot Man of Steel have now been released online this afternoon by Warner Bros.Seeing as the film has only recently entered post-production, there's little footage on offer in this first sneak peak, as we get to see a few brief glimpses of Clark Kent accompanied by voiceovers from either Kevin Costner's Jonathan Kent or Russell Crowe's Jor-El, before culminating with a fantastic shot of Henry Cavill's Superman taking flight, and creating a sonic boom as he rockets skyward.
Cavill, Costner and Crowe are joined in the cast of Man of Steel by Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Ayelet Zurer as Lara Lor-Van and Antje Traue as Faora.
