2013 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Superman as he makes his hotly-anticipated return to the big screen in Zack Snyder's
Man of Steel this summer. However, that's not all fans of the iconic superhero have to look forward to this year, as he's also set to appear in animated form as the star of
Superman: Unbound, the latest instalment of Warner Premiere's direct-to-video DC Universe Original Animated Movies line, and thanks to
TV Guide, we now have the first two images from the upcoming feature.

White Collar) lending his voice to the Last Son of Krypton, with John Noble (

as his nemesis Brainiac and
Castle co-stars Stana Katic and Molly Quinn rounding out the main voice cast as the two women in Superman's life - Lois Lane and his cousin Kara Zor-El, a.k.a. Supergirl:
