Dwayne Johnson in Hercules: The Thracian Wars

Adapted from the graphic novel Hercules: The Thracian Wars, the film also stars Ian McShane (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides), Rufus Sewell and Joseph Fiennes (American Horror Story: Asylum).

To quote Johnson, this “epic film” will detail the story of Hercules after the twelve labors, where Hercules has become a mercenary. He travels ancient Greece trading his services for gold until he is sought out by the ruler of Thrace to help defeat a terrifying warlord. It is only then, when Hercules realises he must revert back to his hero self to ensure that good triumphs.
