It was so popular at this year’s FrightFest that they had to put on several extra screenings to meet the demand and since then it has gone on to wow audiences at GrimmFest, Toronto After Dark, Stiges 46th International Film Festival as well as a screening at the Alamo Draft House courtesy of Fangoria. It has found fans in Aint It Cool News, FearNet and horror critic legend Kim Newman who called it the “worthy successor to Shaun of the Dead.”
And on November 14th 2013, ahead of its UK release next year, Flickering Myth will be putting on a one-off screening of Stalled at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square, London.
In attendance will be the movie’s director Christian James as well as writer and star Dan Palmer for a Q&A hosted by Flickering Myth co-editor Luke Owen.

It’s Evil Dead meets Phone Booth!
It’s Christmas Eve. WC, a tired janitor on his final shift, wearily enters the ladies restroom. He doggedly goes about his chores whilst an office party (to which he is not invited) takes place.
Two drunken office girls enter, so WC lays down his tool-box and hides in the centre stall. When the girls’ inebriated antics turn amorous WC cannot help but take a sneaky peak. Moments later he is horrified to witness one of the girls SAVAGED by her rabid pal!
Blood spurting across the restroom our clueless custodian attempts to escape – only to find a hoard of the undead piling into the public toilet. Before he knows it; he finds himself trapped within the confines of a cubicle.
WC is quite literally STALLED!
