Before George Lucas, puppeteer Frank Oz and Industrial Light & Magic’s Stuart Freeborn and came up with the iconic puppet for The Empire Strikes Back, some bright spark had the idea of realising Lucas’ vision for the two-foot tall Jedi Master Yoda by utilising a trained monkey wearing a mask, and now we have a look at said monkey, thanks to a couple of rare behind-the-scenes images which originally popped up over at Movies.com. Thankfully they came to their senses….
