Last night saw the UK premiere of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continutes in London’s Leicester Square. Flickering Myth’s Oliver Davis wore two layers of socks, an undershirt, an overshirt, a coat, scarf and gloves to brave the ‘Burgundy carpet’s’ sub-zero temperatures. He also had on a piece of female lingerie, but that was purely for comfort.
Besides a whole bunch of photos he took last night – including a man dressed as a lamp – Oliver also managed a brief conversation with the movie’s producer, Judd Apatow (The 40 Year-Old Virgin, Funny People), about his upcoming project Train Wreck; chatted to ex-Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts about her favourite cast member; got Rufus Hound to perform his favourite quotes from the original Anchorman; and recorded a bit of Paul Rudd and Will Ferrell’s pre-screening interviews.
Enjoy the poorly shot (operating an iPhone camera means no gloves) and amateurishly edited footage below…
