With Matthew Vaughn’s (Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class) adaptation of Mark Millar’s The Secret Service having all but wrapped production, comic book creator Millar has hinted towards a collaboration with Brad Pitt in the near future.
During a Twitter exchange between Millar and Chris Hewitt of Empire Magazine, the former tweeted, “Pitt is top choice and would be excellent.” He continued in a second tweet, “It all depends on schedules.”
Assuming it’s not a surprise appearance in The Secret Service, the role Pitt is linked to would presumably be in Nemesis, which is to be produced by Ridley Scott, with Joe Carnahan (The Grey) attached to direct. The adaptation is all but done in the pre-production process and is just waiting for a green light from 20th Century Fox.
