It may be a movie that is shrouded in secrecy, but that hasn’t stopped a plethora of leaks about Star Wars: Episode VII flooding the Internet, including various shots of the Millennium Falcon and X-Wings as well as images of Adam Driver as a rebel pilot. Today’s “leaked image” comes from Indie Revolver (who also posted alleged Stormtrooper and Han Solo concept art) who claim this is an exclusive look at the chrome helmet design for the Stormtroopers. Take a look at the image here…
Update: And here’s a second image…
Along with some alleged concept art featuring a lightsabre battle next to the Millennium Falcon…
The wesbite also claims that they have some new ideas on the plot of the movie, but stress that they would never post rumours as “truth” or “fact”. So make of this what you will.
“A couple sources have expressed that the chrome troopers are a private security force for Adam Driver’s character – silver mercenary rent-a-cops rather than true Imperial Forces for Adam Driver’s character,” the website speculates. “While we’ve not heard this from anyone directly, the most abundant rumor about Driver is that he’s a wealthy aristocrat with an interest in Sith artifacts.”
You know, those people who aren’t involved with the movie sure do know a lot about it…
“While this production seems eager to distance themselves from the prequel era, of all the films’ props this design shares DNA most closely with the Naboo ships”, the website continues. “The chrome finish and elegant curves fit in with that established aesthetic perfectly.”
