Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for its new eight-episode mini-series prequel Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, reports Deadline.
The short, 1-minute teaser shows the two cabins of the New England Camp Firewood, the setting of the original cult movie from 2001, created by Michael Showalter and David Wain, who both return for the new limited series. In addition, the teaser confirms the cast who are returning to the show, with many of the big names who were originally involved returning.
The 15-strong cast is certainly impressive, and will feature such names as Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler, Elizabeth Banks, Janeane Garafalo, David Hyde-Pierce, Molly Shannon, Ken Marino and Christopher Meloni, as well as new additions Lake Bell, John Slattery, Randall Park, Richard Schiff and Jayma Mays, amongst others.
Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp airs this summer exclusively to Netflix.
