At first glance you could be forgiven for thinking that N++ by Metanet Software is one of those Java based games you find on the internet but there is so much more to it than that. Despite it’s very basic appearance, N++ is about smooth physics, fine tuning your control of the ninja stick man as he jumps through the levels. Not only do players have to avoid traps but they also have to control the speed and inertia of their character.
As well as traps, players will also need to avoid the various creatures out to kill them. There is perhaps none so deadly to our ninja as the Deathball, a ball that will follow the player around the screen in an attempt to trap him and kill them. It’s such a deadly enemy in fact, that it has gained its own spotlight video.
If the huge amount of levels, both single and multi-player, aren’t enough for you then the game will also include an integrated level-editor that will allow you to make and share your levels with every other person with a PS4.
Look out for N++ coming soon to PlayStation Store.
