Specifically Senior Staff Writer Scott Davis, who sat down with the director and producer of the Brian Wilson (Beach Boys) biopic Love and Mercy, Bill Pohlad.

Love and Mercy stars Paul Dano and John Cusack as the past and future versions of Brian Wilson, Elizabeth Banks and Paul Giamatti. The film “presents an unconventional portrait of Brian Wilson, the mercurial singer, songwriter and leader of The Beach Boys. Set against the era-defining catalog of Wilson’s music, the film intimately examines the personal voyage and ultimate salvation of the icon whose success came at extraordinary personal cost.”
Directed by Bill Pohlad, Love & Mercy is set for release July 10th in the UK.
