Deadpool may be the greatest motion-picture ever made.
Perhaps Smith’s onto something. The film’s runtime has been revealed as the butt-friendly 106 minutes, far more concise than the X-Men movies usual 132.Mutant friiiiends!
If Deadpool is that good, it might tempt Christian Bale to update his Letterboxd account to ‘five comic book movies’. The Batman actor has revealed he’s only ever seen four. You can guess what three of them are.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Catwoman, obviously.“I’m just not that big a fan of comic book mov-ah…he’s right behind me, isn’t he?”
Some would say he could watch all of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in just two minutes if he views the trailer. Director Zack Snyder would disagree. “There’s a lot of movie” not in that teaser, he argued. Yeah, it’s in the toy range instead. The Flasher Batman figure has caused outrage.
Not one, but two potential BvS spoilers emerged this week in the shapes of a FUNKO Mystery Mini action figure and a LEGO set. We’ll have to wait until 25th March to find out, which will now also include Daredevil Season 2’s Netflix premiere and the release of Ben Wheatley’s new film High-Rise (which got a new trailer this week).Loki does work experience.
Marvel aren’t immune to FUNKO spoilers either. One of their Captain America: Civil War POP! figures has confirmed a GIANT previously rumoured character and provided a first look at an unmasked Black Panther. Which, to be honest, looks like all FUNKO POP! figures, just black with a widow’s peak and 5 o’clock shadow.“I’m here to save the Avengers from racial homogeny!”
A much more substantial glimpse inside Civil War could be coming this week, as some believe Tom Holland’s Spider-Man will be unveiled in the next few days.Peter Parker and Scott Lang have been trading science.
Civil War topped Flickering Myth’s poll of Most Anticipated Movies of 2016, but just in case you needed another reason to see it, the first trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is reportedly attached to prints.SUPPORT THE REBELLION, BUY THIS SHIRT HERE: http://goo.gl/bSXLFG
