TNA Owed Roode and Young Six Figures
Our top story today is Scott Steiner’s controversial interview about WWE. But first, with Eric Young debuting for NXT last night, we have a bit more information on his and Bobby Roode’s departure from TNA.
In case you hadn’t already heard – in which case, you must not have Twitter – Eric Young debuted on last night’s episode of NXT.
The appearance came as a complete surprise to many as while recent TNA departee Bobby Roode appeared on camera back at NXT Takeover: Dallas, Young has remained relatively quiet until now.
Speaking of Eric Young, Bobby Roode and their departure from TNA back in March, more details have now been revealed about what could have possibly led to their decision.
During a recent episode of the Pro Wrestling Report, Dave Herro of Great Lakes Championship Wrestling revealed that Roode and Young were owed a combined six figures by TNA.
This, along with other issues regarding pay – and what Roode and Young considered low offers for new deals – is apparently what led to them leaving.
At this point, it appears they have both been paid everything they were owed by TNA and both sides are now completely separated.
