The trailer also offers up a glimpse at the film’s beautiful atmosphere and Flavio Labiano’s gorgeous cinematography. Check it out for yourself below…
A young woman who is dealing with the recent death of her mother is surfing on an isolated beach and gets stranded 20 yards off shore on a buoy. What lies between her and the shore is a huge great white shark.
Jaume Collet-Serra, the director of Unknown, Non-Stop and Run All Night, has helmed the project, which includes a supporting cast that consists of Óscar Jaenada, Brett Cullen and Sedona Legge.
The Shallows is set for release on June 29th in the States and on August 12th in the UK.
