Fans of Total War: Warhammer will be excited to hear that Creative Assembly has released the ultimate in gore for your gameplay experience with the Blood for the Blood God DLC, along with a couple of new trailers to show off this gorefest addition to the game.
With the Old World constantly at war, battles being fought and blood spilled, it matters little to the Chaos Blood God Khorne if his champions are doing it or not, for every death in battle is a tribute to him whether to soldier intends it to be or not. Khorne is the most powerful of the Chaos Gods, he has no temples and he has no priests but he is everywhere that battles take place whether it is man, demon, orc or dwarf doing the slaying.
The Blood for the Blood God DLC adds all new events, particle effects, dismemberments and gory, gruesome deaths to the gameplay such as giants biting heads of soldiers, trolls ripping limbs off troops and dragons using their tails to cause an explosion of blood. This new gory detail is sure to increase the game’s age rating to 18 but will give older more bloodthirsty players a greater aesthetic choice over their game.
Creative Assembly will also be releasing the first patch for Total War: Warhammer which brings significant unit rebalancing and technical and gameplay improvements to the game, also included in this patch is the new Vampire Counts Blood Knights cavalry which will be free to everyone.
