The Beastmen are a terrifying opponent and the monstrous opponents in their armies are certainly going to get many a general’s knees trembling, none more so than the gigantic Gorebull. Developers, Creative Assembly, are aware of how scary this character can be so have brought back the Slayers Guide to give you all the details you need to beat them.
Gorebulls are roughly three times the height of the average Beastman warrior, covered in heavy armour and carry a huge axe that can make short work of many of their targets but as with all powerful creatures in Total War: Warhammer they do have their weaknesses and there are ways to beat them.
Despite their huge size, Gorebulls have a low attack speed and have a delay between attacks so large numbers of lightly armoured units such as Dwarf Slayers can really do a lot of damage. Their huge size is also a disadvantage as it makes them very easy to target across the battlefield with artillery. Just don’t let it get too close or kiss your cannon crew goodbye. Remember, Gorebulls cause fear so ensure you keep units that give good leadership effects nearby.
