KOEI TECMO have revealed at Gamescom 2016 that the storyline within their upcoming A.O.T. Wings of Freedom game will extend beyond the first season of the hugely successful anime. Alongside this announcement is a brand new launch trailer for the game showcasing the fast paced action that players will get to experience for themselves on 30th August on Xbox One, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and PC.
The trailer focuses on the actions and movements of the Scout Regiment as they take on the Titans that threaten humanity and reveals one of the Titans that fans of the anime will get to see in the second season of Attack on Titan, The Beast Titan. This gigantic ape like creature uses incredible force to destroy all humans. The trailer captures the action packed fighting and impressive combat that fans expect of the series.
The trailer also showcases the Armoured Titan in combat. This Titan will be familiar to fans of the anime and he looks every bit as hard and fast as he does in the series.
A.O.T Wings of Freedom will be available from 30th August but those who pre-order from Amazon, Gamestop or Best Buy will receive two different downloadable bonus costumes, Eren and Levi in their cleaning outfits. Those who purchase direct for Playstation 4 through the Playstation Store will receive a selection of character avatars featuring Eren, Levi and Mikasa.
