One of the more common criticisms of the trailer was that it looked very ‘Zack Snyder-esque’ – an style that many link with the grungy disappointment of Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. And nowhere was that more prominent than the teaser’s heavy use of slooooooooooooooooooow-mooooooooootion.
So I made the slow bits normal speed. Because it’s Saturday and I have to clean the house.
It brought the trailer from 2 minutes 26 seconds to 2 minutes 4 seconds. Remember when trailers used to be around the 90 second mark? Those were the days…
