Ubisoft returns with its Watch Dogs IP for a second outing today with the release of Watch Dogs 2., which is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
This time the action has been moved from the bland and dull virtual Chicago to the vibrant and life-filled cyber incarnation of San Francisco. The newest outing of the series gives us the same cyber overlord (which is the CTOS surveillance software) and a new face controlling all its invasive attributes.
The new landscape moves us away from Aiden Pearce, the original game’s protagonist, and onto the new character of Marcus Holloway. Marcus is a young, free running, drone flying, gun toting hacktivist that is out to bring down the corruption and privacy breaching that CTOS brings on.
Watch Dogs 2 has a exclusivity deal on PlayStation 4 where all downloadable content will be available 30 days before the Xbox and PC. Don’t forget to check out the official twitter for Watch Dogs 2 and keep up to date with all announcements @WatchDogsGame.
