Digitari Distribution and Cowardly Creations have announced the release date for their upcoming 2D survival horror, Uncanny Valley. For Playstation 4 and Vita owners gamers in the US will see the game launched on 7th February an on the 8th in the UK. Xbox One owners will see a release date of the 10th February. Uncanny Valley is set in an isolated facility where nothing is as it seems and where many mysteries are waiting to be solved. Players take on the role of Tom, a security guard who works the night shift at the abandoned facility hidden in the middle of nowhere.
In Uncanny Valley players will Players will have the chance to explore this huge eerie facility and meet a variety of characters each with their own personalities. There will also be multiple endings to discover.
Instead of death being the reward for a simple mistake the developers have introduced a consequences system into Uncanny Valley. This means that making a mistake may result in something like a broken arm which will impact on how you use a weapon and ultimately on how the player must approach situations.
If horror survival games are your thing then it looks like Uncanny Valley won’t disappoint.
