Developer Asobo Studio have unveiled their latest title at E3 2017 which takes place at the height of the Black Death. A Plague Tale: Innocence will take players to the year 1349, a time when death stalked the land and everybody could be a victim. Watch the E3 reveal trailer below…
All over Europe people were dying in droves, nowhere was safe to hide and nobody was free from its effects. In A Plague Tale: Innocence players will be transported to the kingdom of France where the plague has ravaged the streets of every city, town and village. Taking the role of young orphan Amicia players must guide her and her brother past rats, dangers and the Inquisition who are in hot pursuit. In order to survive the player can join forces with other orphans to get past the many hazards that stand between them and safety.
1349. The plague ravages the Kingdom of France. Amicia and her younger brother Hugo are pursued by the Inquisition through villages devastated by the disease. On their way, they will have to join forces with other orphans and evade swarms of rats using fire and light. Aided only by the link that binds their fates together, the children will face the darkest days of history in their struggle to survive. The adventure begins on consoles and PC… and the time of innocence ends.
A Plague Tale: Innocence will be released on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
