Two Matches Confirmed for Wrestlemania
On last night’s edition of Raw, Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey announced that they would be facing off with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H at this year’s Wrestlemania event. Chris Jericho done with NJPW?
Unfortunately yes. https://t.co/m7EdG57BzU
— Chris Jericho (@IAmJericho) March 5, 2018
Chris Jericho has had the quite the start to 2018; not only has he gone on a huge tour with Fozzy and secured more names for his Cruise of Jericho, but he also took part in his first ever 5-star match with Kenny Omega at New Japan’s WrestleKingdom 12.
The night after WrestleKingdom, Jericho took part in an angle with Tetsuya Naito, which many fans thought would lead to a match between the two later down the line. Well, if you believe Jericho on Twitter, then that won’t be happening. When asked by a fan if he was finished with NJPW, Jericho responded by saying ‘unfortunately yes’. Take this with a pinch of salt, however, as Jericho is renowned for misleading fans, especially on social media.
