Variety is reporting that Black Panther star Winston Duke has signed on to star in writer-director Dan Casey’s (Kin) action thriller Heroine.
The film revolves around a young mother on the run who moves to a new city searching for a clean start, but comes to suspect that a mysterious and enigmatic new neighbour may well be a dangerous criminal. Duke will portray said neighbour, described as “a dark and seemingly tragic figure at the start who turns out to be much more than we expect.”
