First look at I Know What You Did Last Summer TV series

August 11, 2021 by Matt Rodgers

I Know What You Did Last Summer was one of the most successful of the post-Scream slasher films which dominated the mid-90s. Remember the hook-handed killer? Or the even more terrifying sight of a dreadlock sporting Jack Black in 1998 sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer? These things scar, so Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television have teamed to produce a small-screen iteration of the franchise, and we’ve just got our first look thanks to these exclusive images over at Bloody Disgusting.

Written By Sara Goodman and starring Madison Iseman, Brianne Tju, Ezekiel Goodman, Ashley Moore, Sebastian Amoruso, Fiona Rene, Cassie Beck, Brooke Bloom, Bill Heck. Sonya Balmores and Spencer Sutherland, the official synopsis for I Know What You Did Last Summer reads:

One year after the fatal car accident that haunted their graduation night, a group of teenagers find themselves bound together by a dark secret and stalked by a brutal killer. As they try to piece together who’s after them, they reveal the dark side of their seemingly perfect town—and themselves. Everyone is hiding something, and uncovering the wrong secret could be deadly.
