Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse image sees Spider-Man 2099 charging into battle

Sony has released a new image from the highly anticipated Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse that showcases the film’s antagonist Miguel O’Hara/Spider-Man 2099. 

Spider-Man 2099 will be voiced by Oscar Isaac (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker). He will be part of a group called the Spider-Force whose job it is to protect the mutliverse from various threats. Take a look at the new image here…

Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man across the Multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to face off with a villain, more powerful than anything they have ever encountered.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse hails from directors Joaquim Dos Santos, Justin K. Thompson, and Kemp Powers, and features a voice cast that includes Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy, Jake Johnson as Peter. B Parker, Oscar Issac as Spider-Man 2099, Issa Rae as Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman, Daniel Kaluuya as Spider-Punk, Karan Soni as Spider-Man India and Jason Schwartzman as The Spot.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is set for release on June 2nd, 2023.
