Brenda Strong joins Supergirl season 2 for recurring role

September 25, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Supergirl has added a new cast member for season two, with EW reporting that Brenda Strong (Twin Peaks, Desperate Housewives) has joined the DC superhero show in a recurring role, and will make her debut in the season two premiere.

“The season 2 premiere is definitely a fun mix of comedy and action, along with a pretty surprising exchange between Kara and James,” states the site. “I can’t say more, but I can tell you that Brenda Strong joins the Supergirl cast in a recurring role — and she makes quite the first impression in the season 2 premiere.”
