The deal for the $5 film, which was originally called Home Invasion, also includes a number of key international territories.

Keep Watching follows a family who must battle through their personal issues in order to combat a group of ruthless home invaders, with rising star Thorne playing Gruffudd’s disillusioned daughter.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Screen Gems is hoping that the film will fire the starting pistol on a major money-making franchise in the vein of Insidious.

Keep Watching does not have a confirmed release date at this time.
