With HBO Max yet to launch in the UK, DC fans on this side of the Pond have been made to wait patiently to continue the (mis)adventures of John Cena’s violent vigilante Christopher Smith with James Gunn’s Peacemaker series, but now we have word that The Suicide Squad spinoff is finally heading to these shores.
Announced today, Peacemaker is set to premiere on Sky Max and NOW in the UK on March 22nd, with all eight episodes of the first season available to stream from the off.

The DC series, which has already been renewed for a second season, sees Cena’s Peacemaker joined by Danielle Brooks as Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Harcourt, Steve Agee as Economos, Chukwudi Iwuji as Murn and Robert Patrick as Auggie Smith.
All eight episodes of Peacemaker are written by The Suicide Squad helmer James Gunn, who also directs five and executive produces with Cena, Peter Safran and Matt Miller.
