Last month, Sharon Stone revealed that she’s signed on for a mystery role in an upcoming Marvel project, and now in a profile of the actress over at AARP, Stone has reportedly revealing one tiny detail about her character: that she’ll possess heat powers.
Initial speculation had suggested that Stone could portray Janet Van Dyne / The Wasp in Ant-Man and the Wasp, which would reunite her with her Basic Instinct co-star Michael Douglas. That could potentially still be a possibility, if “heat” refers to The Wasp’s energy beams, however given that we have no idea which Marvel movie Stone is set to feature in – and there are several on the horizon – there’s not really much to go on when it comes to predicting her role.
