Ben Stiller talks Zoolander 2

March 24, 2015 by Scott J. Davis

Whilst promoting his new film While We’re Young, Ben Stiller has spoken about the long-awaited comedy sequel Zoolander 2, which has begun pre-production in Rome and Paris in recent weeks. Speaking to ComingSoon, Stiller shed some light on the project and why it has taken so long to come to the screen after many false starts:

Zoolander, which was released in 2001, only managed a $60 million gross back then, but has developed an Anchorman-like cult following since, leading many fans to call for a sequel. And the wait is almost over, with Owen Wilson and Christine Taylor also returning for the sequel, and Will Ferrell reportedly set to join them.

While We’re Young, directed by Noah Baumbach (Frances Ha), stars Stiller, Naomi Watts (Birdman), Adam Driver (Girls) and Amanda Seyfried (Ted 2), and is released in the US on Friday, and UK on April 3rd.
