Deadpool takes on Colossus and Ajax in new set video

April 20, 2015 by Gary Collinson

With filming at Vancouver’s Georgia Viaduct coming to an end this past weekend, some new video from Deadpool has arrived online, which should probably be considered (minor) spoiler territory. Comic Book has posted two set videos – the first of which sees Colossus dragging Deadpool by the hand (and Deadpool sneakily trying to cut off his own hand to escape), while the second has Deadpool going up against the villain Ajax. Take a look…

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Deadpool is set for release on February 12th 2016, Tim Miller directing a cast that includes Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool alongside T.J. Miller (Transformers: Age of Extinction) as Weasel, Morena Baccarin (Gotham) as Copycat, Gina Carano (Fast & Furious 6) as Angel Dust, Ed Skrein (Game of Thrones) as Ajax and newcomer Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead.
