David Dastmalchian and Patrick Fischler join Twin Peaks

Deadline is reporting that David Lynch and Mark Frost’s upcoming Twin Peaks limited series has added two new names to its cast, with David Dastmalchian (Ant-Man) and Patrick Fischler (Mulholland Drive) set to appear in the revival of the cult 1990 series.

The duo join a list of new additions that includes Amanda Seyfried, Ashley Judd, Naomi Watts, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Laura Dern, Robert Knepper, James Belushi, Tom Sizemore, Balthazar Getty, Grant Goodeve, Larry Clarke and Caleb Landry Jones.

Twin Peaks is set to air in early 2017 and will see the return of a host of familiar characters from the original series, including Kyle MacLachlan (Agent Dale Cooper), Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne), Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer), Madchen Amick (Shelly Johnson), David Patrick Kelly (Jerry Horne), Richard Beymer (Ben Horne), Miguel Ferrer (Albert Rosenfield), Dana Ashbrook (Bobby Briggs), Michael Horse (Tommy ‘Hawk’ Hill), Ray Wise (Leland Palmer), Grace Zabriskie (Sarah Palmer), Peggy Lipton (Norma Jennings), Everett McGill (Ed Hurley), Wendy Robie (Nadine Hurley), James Marshall (James Hurley), Al Strobel (Mike, the One-Armed Man), Kimmy Robertson (Lucy Moran), Harry Goaz (Deputy Andy Brennan), Charlotte Stewart (Betty Briggs), Gary Hershberger (Mike Nelson), Jan D’Arcy (Sylvia Horne) and Harry Dean Stanton (Carl Rodd) and David Lynch (Gordon Cole).
