M. Night Shyamalan reveals Unbreakable and Split sequel Glass starring Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson and James McAvoy

Mercurial director M. Night Shyamalan has unveiled his sequel to Unbreakable which will also serve a follow up to his latest flick, Split. The picture will be called Glass, and will round of a trilogy of movies.

Announcing the venture in a series of tweets, we now know that the movie will see the return of Unbreakable stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson:

My new film is the sequel to #Unbreakable AND #Split. It was always my dream to have both films collide in this third film.

And also that James McAvoy will reprise his role from Split, which can now officially go down as a sequel to the 2000 film.

The movie will be produced by Universal Pictures and Blumhouse and will be released on January 18th 2019.
