In Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter will apparently have his very own Jarvis-like AI to help him out during his web slinging adventures.
With Homecoming only a matter of months away, details are starting to be revealed about just how Spider-Man will go about his crime fighting duties.
We know that he is going to be receiving help from his new friend Iron-Man, but now we also know, thanks to an interview with Homecoming co-producer Eric Carroll over at Screen Rant, that Spidey will have a familiar gadget on board too.
The suit will have a “training wheels” feature built into it by Stark, but once the suit is unlocked, Parker will have his very own butler to help guide him around.
“Probably most notably, it starts talking to him, and he goes, ‘Oh, this is weird.’ And he starts asking it stuff, but he’s not super slick or Tony Stark smart, who invented the OS and did all this. He’s a kid. So he’s like, ‘Um, how do I get to where that thing is?’ And it’s like, ‘Um, I don’t know. Pretty much drive?’”
This will certainly be an interesting addition to the character’s arsenal, and one can feel quite heavily from this the impact Tony Stark will have on this new rendition of the character.

As for Stark himself, it seemed from the trailers that he would feature quite prominently in the film itself, a mentor and crime fighting companion for the young Peter to rely on.
Apparently, according to Screen Rant, this is not quite the case. Co-producer Eric Carroll has said that Iron Man “might be in like five or six [scenes]” which goes against the team up vibe the trailers seem to suggest.
They explain that this is in fact most certainly a Spider-Man story, with Tom Holland himself describing his relationship with Stark as like a “big brother”.
“I think Robert is more like a big brother than he is a father figure because he picks on him and he is down on him quite a lot. But then there is that level of him caring about him like his own, and Robert has really brought something lovely to the character. It’s a very different side of Stark than you’ve ever seen before”.
It will certainly be interesting to see just how the relationship plays out on screen, and just how much Stark’s presence is felt throughout the movie.
