Following the departure of co-creator and co-showrunner Ali Adler to CBS, The CW has announced a shake-up of its showrunners for the upcoming third season of the DC superhero show Supergirl.
Jessica Queller (Gossip Girl) and Robert Rovner (Dallas) have been promoted to co-showrunners alongside Andrew Kreisberg, and will also serve as executive producers with Kreisberg, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter.
Supergirl will return to The CW for its third season on Monday, October 9th. Expect to see a first trailer at the San Diego Comic-Con next month.
