The end is coming in Star Wars Rebels series finale trailer

February 27, 2018 by Ricky Church

There is only one episode of Star Wars Rebels left and Disney and Lucasfilm have released a trailer for the animated show’s series finale. Airing next Monday, March 3rd, the end has come for the Ghost crew as they attempt to save Lothal from the Empire’s clutches in a special 90-minute episode. Check out the trailer for ‘Family Reunion – and Farewell’ below…

As we get closer to the finale, the big question will be whether or not the Rebels finale is like Return of the Jedi – ending in a celebration and success of their mission – or more like Rogue One where the Ghost lay down their lives for the Rebel cause. After all, none of the characters save Hera Syndulla and Chopper, both of whom were referenced or seen in Rouge One, are seen in any material post-A New Hope.

We just have a few more days to see what happens to the crew…

Star Wars Rebels will air its series finale ‘Family Reunion – and Farewell’ Monday, March 3 at 8:30 EST.
