Avengers 4 reshoot photos feature Chris Evans, Paul Rudd and Scarlett Johansson

September 8, 2018 by Gary Collinson

With additional photography on Avengers 4 now underway, the first batch of spy photos from the Atlanta set of the hugely-anticipated Marvel sequel have surfaced online and feature Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) in their civilian clothing.

There’s nothing too revealing in the photos, but they do confirm the clean-shaven Cap and new Black Widow hairstyle we saw in the leaked promo art back in June, seemingly confirming its authenticity. And, based on the length of Black Widow’s hair, either she’s managed to squeeze in a hair extension appointment at the salon, or a time jump is on the cards.

Take a look at the set photos at the link below, and don’t read on any further below unless you’re prepared to risk a minor potential spoiler…

Meanwhile, according to a report over at That Hashtag Show, John Slattery – who played Howard Stark in Iron Man 2, Ant-Man and Captain America: Civil War – has been spotted in set photos shooting scenes with Robert Downey Jr.; if true, this obviously adds further fuel to the time travel theories (if further fuel is still needed at this point). However, given that there’s not actually any set photos in the report, we should really treat this as an unconfirmed rumour for the time being.
