The Walking Dead season 9B will pick up directly where 9A left off

December 20, 2018 by Samuel Brace

Season 9B of The Walking Dead will pick up directly after the season’s first half according to showrunner, Angela Kang.

The Walking Dead is set to continue its a new lease of life under showrunner Angela Kang with season nine’s second half. The show is quite different these days, with lots of character changes and a massive time jump taking place in season nine’s first part.

But where will season 9B begin? Well, according to Kang in an interview with EW, the second part of the season is going to start just where the first ended: “It’s gonna be a direct pickup. We’re gonna find out what happens to that group that was in the cemetery as they try to make their harrowing journey back home to bury Jesus.”

And what of the Whisperers? Well, Kang has the goods there too: “We’ll get to know more about this group and their brutal survival of the fittest philosophy and how that really plays out in horrifying ways.”
