Wayne’s World and Austin Powers star Mike Myers is set for a return to the small screen, with Deadline reporting that he is set to executive produce and star in a new comedy series for Netflix.
While details are scarce, it has been announced that the project will be a half-hour limited series of six episodes, and will see Myers portraying multiple characters.
“I love creating characters, and Netflix has given me a fantastic playground to play in,” said Myers.
The comedian most recently appeared in last year’s hugely successful Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, and also executive produces and hosts ABC’s The Gong Show.
