Indie developer Pirita Studios has announced that they will be bringing their sci-fi point and click adventure, Mutropolis, to Steam later this year. If a futuristic, sci-fi adventure featuring weird characters and hand drawn environments sounds appealing then this is one to look out for.
Mutropolis takes players to the distant future of the 50th century. The world is a completely different place and all humanity’s achievements have been forgotten. Players will follow the adventure of nerdy archeologist, Henry, as everything he thinks he knows starts to unravel thanks to the appearance of a mysterious creature.
This adventure will feature:
- A true point and click adventure.
- 100% lovingly hand made graphics.
- Over 50 scenes filled with weird and colourful characters.
- Lots of archaeological puzzles with a Sci-Fi twist to solve.
- A entertaining story that will take players to the future while researching the past.
In the 50th century, the great humankind achievements, such as pyramids or Humphrey Bogart’s movies, were completely forgotten.
Henry and his nerdy team of archaeologists have been working hard for years, on the ground, digging treasures with the extremely rare hallmark “Made in China” and watching weird Indiana Jones documentaries.
Until some dog-looking God come to ruin everything.
Mutropolis will be coming to Steam later this year for PC, Mac and Linux.
