Kaley Cuoco to lead thriller series The Flight Attendant

July 3, 2019 by Amie Cranswick

The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco is extending her partnership with Warner Bros. Television, the actress having signed on to executive produce and star in The Flight Attendant, a new thriller series for the upcoming WarnerMedia streaming service.

Based on Chris Bohjalian’s bestselling novel and adapted by Steve Yockey (Supernatural), the story follows Cassandra Bowden, a flight attendant who wakes up in a hotel room in Dubai next to a dead body. Returning to New York, she finds herself questions by the FBI about her recent layover, and – unable to piece the night’s events together – comes to wonder whether she could be the killer.

The Flight Attendant will be produced through Greg Berlanti’s Berlanti Productions along with Cuoco’s Yes, Norman, which is also working with WB on the upcoming Harley Quinn animated series for DC Universe.
