Terrifying Creature Horrors That Never Got the Attention They Deserve

December 1, 2021 by Red Stewart

Marvelous Videos presents 10 awesome creature horrors that never quite got the attention they deserve…

The horror genre is like Santa’s bag of unending goodies. Among the numerous subgenres within it, creature movies are among the most absurd yet entertaining of horror movies. After all, they cater to humanity’s worst fears: the unknown. Lovecraft had it right when he said that we could very well be low on the food chain and not even know it, and that that fear of not knowing it is what drives our existential angst.

Movie monsters cater to that phobia whilst providing entertainment value of their own. And yet, though names like the Predator and Xenomorph fill our darkest nightmares, there are plenty of equally-creative film monstrosities that never quite got the full attention they deserved. However, thanks to our pals at Marvelous Videos, ten of them are finally getting their due.
