Stephanie Beatriz and Paul Wesley to lead Shudder horror History of Evil

February 21, 2022 by Ricky Church

Deadline reports that Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) and Paul Wesley (The Vampire Diaries) will lead Shudder’s horror film History of Evil.

In History of Evil, “a family on the run from a corrupt state takes refuge in a safe house with an evil past — a terrifying last stop on a near-future Underground Railroad.”

Written and directed by filmmaker Bo Mirhosseni in his feature-length debut, the film will be distributed on the Shudder streaming service in North America, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

History of Evil is being produced by XYZ Films, Two & Two Pictures and Jake Siegel with Beatriz and Wesley also executive producing.
