Sword Master Story launches collab with anime Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?

May 3, 2022 by Andrew Newton

Super Planet and developer CodeCat have announced the start of the collaboration event between their mobile hack ‘n’ slash RPG Sword Master Story and the hit anime Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, also known by the Japanese title DanMachi. This event will run until 25th May and feature beloved characters and locations.

Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? started life as a novel by Fujino Omori and later adapted as an anime to tell the story of adventurer Bell Cranel and the goddess Hestia gaining a large fan-base in the process.

This new event adds fan favourite characters from Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, including Bell, the goddess Hestia, Ais and Ryn.  As well as these, players can also meet Welf and Freya through costumes that can be equipped on existing Sword Master Story characters.  Both Bell and Hestia appear through the unique concept of two characters as one as it is very rare for Hestia to engage in battle herself.

During the collaboration event Bell and Hestia will go on an adventure through Elgrad where there will be a special event to earn Rubies (in-game currency) for at least 40 summons plus there will be many other smaller fun events to take part in.

Sword Master Story is available on Google Play and the App Store and the DanMachi collaboration event ends on the 25th May.
