Jonathan Majors is “coming for everything” in Creed III trailer

January 30, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

It’s going to be a big couple of months for Jonathan Majors, because following his buzzed about performance in Sundance drama Magazine Dreams (read our ★ ★ ★ ★ review here), the Last Black Man in San Francisco breakout is set to take down Paul Rudd in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, before following that up by squaring off against Michael B. Jordan in March 3rd showdown Creed III.

The third film in the Rocky spin-off series, and the directorial debut of star Michael B. Jordan, Creed III pits the titular boxer against his childhood friend, played by Majors. Also starring Tessa Thompson, Phylicia Rashad, Wood Harris, Florian Munteanu, Tony Bellew, Canelo Alvarez and Selenis Leyva.

MGM have rung the bell on a brand new trailer, which you can check out below…

After dominating the boxing world, Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) has been thriving in both his career and family life. When a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, Damian (Jonathan Majors), resurfaces after serving a long sentence in prison, he is eager to prove that he deserves his shot in the ring. The face off between former friends is more than just a fight. To settle the score, Adonis must put his future on the line to battle Damian – a fighter who has nothing to lose.

Creed III arrives in cinemas on March 3rd, 2023.
