Alien: Blackout launches Survive mode and online leaderboards

March 22, 2019 by Liam Waddington

The survival horror mobile game Alien: Blackout is receiving a brand new survive mode that will pit Amanda Ripley against the Xenomorph once again.

In Blackout’s survive mode, the stakes are raised to a new hardcore level – “players will have no saves between levels and no restarts, and must outsmart and survive the Xenomorphs aboard the Weyland-Yutani space station with only 3 power slots”. Furthermore, you will only have one chance to make it out alive whilst guiding your crew to safety. However, once a crew member dies, they will be gone forever.

If that wasn’t difficult enough, online leaderboards will also be added to the survive mode for the most competitive players to reach the top spot.

Although, there is no word on release date as of yet, you can download Alien: Blackout on iOS and Android for a limited sale price of $2.99 until 31st March on the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
