TV Line is reporting that Amanda Seyfried (A Million Ways to Die in the West) has signed on for a recurring role in Twin Peaks for what is said to be a “pivotal character”.
Production on Showtime’s revival of the cult classic is now underway, with David Lynch directing and Kyle MacLachlan reprising the role of FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper. MacLachlan will be joined by a number of returning stars, but as yet there’s been no official confirmation on who’ll be back for the revival.
