Backstreet Boys and NSYNC to battle zombies in Syfy’s Dead 7

July 15, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Back in February it was announced that Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys is writing, directing and starring in a zombie movie for Syfy, and now it’s been announced that he’s set to be joined in the cast of Dead 7 by fellow Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean, along with Joey Fatone from NSYNC.

Dead 7 follows “a ragtag band of gunslingers who must rid a small town of a zombie plague in a post-apocalyptic West.” The film will also star Carter’s wife Lauren Kitt, while Carter has put out a tweet hoping to entice Niall Horan from One Direction to play his brother.
