Finn Jones teasing potential Iron Fist return in Daredevil: Born Again?

April 2, 2024 by EJ Moreno

No matter the rocky road to get here, the production of Daredevil: Born Again is shaping up to be a love letter of sorts to Netflix’s Marvel era.

With the returning Charlie Cox bringing back the cast of Daredevil, another former Defender is looking to make his comeback. During a recent Instagram story, Finn Jones posted a photo of a travel bag, which also contains an Iron Fist comic book.

The comic book in Jones’ possession is the final issue of the Power Man & Iron Fist, secured in an acrylic collector’s case. For those who don’t know, that comic famously includes the death of the Iron Fist character. For what it’s worth, though, he also has a copy of the novel The Neverending Story, so Jones could simply be re-reading favorites ahead of a production trip.

With that one little tease, fans have already begun clamoring for a return of Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist.

The Daredevil reboot, heading to Disney+, isn’t just bringing back Foggy & Karen; it’s been confirmed that Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin, Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye, and Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher will also return.

Bernthal Jon Bernthal and his stunt double were recently spotted on the set of the production in NYC, so Jones could be joining in on a mini-reunion of The Defenders, which also included Jessica Jones and Luke Cage.
